Real roads. Real distances.
One shared economy.

Put your headquarters anywhere in Norway, Sweden, Finland or Denmark, even your own street. Haul real freight between real businesses, down roads that actually exist, and get paid when it arrives. Then do it better than the person hauling the same lane as you. It is a logistics game with real numbers behind every rate and every deadline.

The demo needs no account: you get a small fleet, extra cash and two hours to look around. Then it is wiped.

Free to play: just sign up. No email needed beyond signing in. The only message we ever send is the link that confirms the address.

Dispatch Tycoon costs a server and a lot of evenings. If you want to help keep it running:

How it works

Place your headquarters

Anywhere in the Nordics. Your town, or a port you like the look of. Where you start decides what work you are near, and that matters more than it sounds.

Take work worth taking

Work is posted on one shared board, and the first to accept gets it. Every contract has a deadline, and a tight one pays more. A long run with one pallet loses money. The same run as an urgent delivery does not. Working out which is which is the game.

Watch it drive

Your vehicle follows real roads at real speed limits, and a lorry is held to lorry limits and kept off roads it may not use. An Oslo to Bergen run takes about seven hours, because that is how long it takes.

It keeps going without you

Dispatch before bed and it has arrived by morning, paid for and parked. Nothing pauses because you closed the tab.

One economy, everybody in it

You run your own company, alone. But there is one market, and it is shared. If enough hauliers pile onto the same lane, the rate on that lane falls, for everyone. Leave it alone and it recovers.

Running full is the whole game

A vehicle burns nearly the same diesel empty as loaded, so the cost per pallet collapses the fuller it is. Half-empty is how you go broke slowly.

Places fill up and run dry

Some goods are made from others: grain becomes flour, logs become timber. Feed a place that is already full and it pays less. Empty one that is overflowing and it pays more.

Distance is not free

Rates fall per kilometre as the journey grows while fuel does not, so far-away work has to be worth the going. Some of it simply is not.

Nothing is random

No breakdowns, no bad luck, no dice. Every number in the game can be explained, and every loss is a decision you made.

What is already in it

Dispatch Tycoon is a transport-management tycoon game in alpha and still changing, but a lot of it already works. A few of the things that make it different.

Start with a van and a map

That is genuinely all it takes.
